This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of (Morie) Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Morie. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of this page on the site.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming a member signifies acceptance of these terms.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facilities.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone.
If you click on links and banners on www.morie.com.au, that take you to third-party websites, you will be subject to their privacy policies. Morie cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third-party websites.
Morie does not hold onto cardholder information.

In order to complete a purchase, you will be asked to register as a member of Morie or checkout as a guest. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase Morie products without re-entering your personal details.
By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Wholesale orders via our website will not be accepted. Please email contactusatmorie@gmail.com for wholesale opportunities.
All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Morie via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
The order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Orders can only be placed with lexskincareaus.com by persons with capacity to contact who are over the age of 18.
First-order discount. *Discount applicable for 14 days from date of sign up. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. First, purchase only.
Your use of the Site and Content is at your own risk. If you don’t accept these Terms, or have issues with the Site or Content, your only remedy is to stop accessing or using the Site.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental costs, losses, expenses, and damages, exemplary or lost profits or any other damages of any kind incurred in any way

Morie does not hold responsible for customer purchases if products are not suitable for consumers. Morie does not hold liable for the misuse of products by the consumer.
All our products and designs are created by MORIE. We do not allow for anyone to take our candles and rebrand them as their own. This also applies to any of our images on any websites where the use of our images without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. We will take prompt legal action if any breach has been found.
All our candles are hand-made and packed individually, so there may be some differences and possible slight imperfections between each of the same candles. This in no way affects the quality or the use of the candle but adds to the uniqueness of every purchase at Morie.
The product may slightly vary in color from the screen due to a number of reasons, including the type of monitor being used and the colour settings.
Refunds are not available for simply change of mind purchases however we do accept exchanges.
